They are known to carry all polytechnics established or owned by the Federal Government Nigeria.

The NBTE organized and in-control care program offered by the technology centers at the level of secondary and post secondary school education using the accreditation process.

The group, the National Board of Technical Education (NBTE) was established by Act 9 of 11th January, 1977, about 110 approved universities and 159 technical colleges under the Foreign NBTE but different.
