NECO SSCE Registration Form 2017 | – NECO Registration Instructions & Guidelines 2017/2018

The National Examination Council (NECO) application form for the 2017 June / July Senior School Certificate Examination of the candidates are out to sell the 2017/2018 academic year. Please follow the registration guidelines below to purchase your form.

The Neco is an examination taken by candidates in the final stage of the Secondary School Education. The SSCE is in two categories. One of the candidates in the third and last year the lower secondary education and is called SSCE while the second is SSCE External is for candidates in the school system, I mean Private candidates.

The internal SSCE and seventy-six subjects were grouped into the following six categories.

1. Cross-Cutting must what

2. Science and statistics

3. Technology

4. Adam

5. Business Studies

6. Trade / Commerce.

Neco Registration Guidelines – Neco Registration Important Guide 2017

A) Neco Eligibility for Registration 2017

They are / Commandants Schools are hereby informed that only candidates in their final year Senior Secondary School (I mean SS3) are suitable for registration. For the avoidance of doubt, June / July 2017 SSCE is meant only to school by candidates in Nigeria and abroad. It is not intended for private candidates. They are / Commandants of Schools and Education ministries should endeavor to enforce the necessary conditions.

B) Neco Registration Procedures 2017

The registry comprises two steps:

– Online Registration

– Online and Online Registration.

Schools are expected to follow the guideline / instructions describe the different steps on how to go about two steps Registration Procedures using the Compact Disc (CD-Rom).

1. Compact Disc (CD-ROM)

School principals / Commandants to collect CD-Rom Offices in the states ambassadors as from Monday 16th January, 2017.

2. Neco Registration Fee 2017

Registration fee for the 2017 June / July SSCE N11, 350.00 (Eleven thousand three hundred and fifty Naira) only candidate.

3. Completion of Buy Entry escalation of Online Scratch Cards.

(A) Entry Update will not be filled manually. The blow-out line Registration Entry escalation of discharge at the point of purchase online Pin Number / Scratch Cards.

(B) Online Pin Number / Scratch Cards can be purchased in Game Neco State Offices.

(C) Schools will submit Neco Office state the following:

i. Evidence payments made in Neco Treasury Single Account (TSA) of the Commercial Banks to the total number of candidates presented.

ii. The printed Entry Update dully approved state church of Education.

(D) Items i and ii above should be submitted latest by 15th February, 2017 to collect online e-Registration cards.

(E) parallel to Online Registration. Schools then use the online Registration data Scratch Card / Pin Number return to login the e-Registration ambassadors website using products with a reputable cyber-café to obtain Registration data candidates. The website is

(F) All schools (except Federal Centers) must beat Entry Schedule approved by the relevant Department of State Ministries of Education. Private schools are not exempted from this condition.

(G) Schools knock-out Subject Summary / Analysis after Registration, and submit a copy along with other documents to the State Office.

(H) Schools should endeavor to monitor the registration process should be to reduce errors.

4 Minimum number of candidates

The minimum numbers of candidates to be registered with a school is 20 (Twenty). Any school registered less than twenty candidates will pay a surcharge of N40, 000.00 (forty thousand Naira) only.

5: Photo Albums

Schools can download m Photo Albums online.

6. Return of Completed Registration Documents

School principals / Commandants shall return a copy of the divine online data registered candidates to Neco Office in the states and this will serve the purpose of validation List. Schools should make sure that they initiated all modifications offered candidates’ data online. The print quality list must be approved by School Principal Officer test.

7. Neco Registration Period covered Date 2017

(A) The registration period starts from Monday, January 16th, 2017 to Monday, 20th March, 2017.

(B) A website will be closed on Monday, 20th March, 2017 at 12.00 midnight. Late registration will not be entertained.

(C) The final date for the return of the downloaded data of registered candidates and schools to State Game Neco Offices Monday, April 3rd, 2017.

8. Schools Should Input 1st and 2nd year Continuous Assessment (CA)

When offline register and then upload the 3rd year CA using back-up template saved as offline registration. (Uploading 3rd year CA should be from 4th April to 16th May 2017, note that the 3rd year CA will not be filled manually).

9. Please note the following dates Again

(A) Collection of Compact Disc (CD Rom) by schools as of Monday 16th January, 2017.

(B) Last date for online registration and schools Monday 20th March, 2017.

(C) Last date for submission to the divine copies of the online registration data by schools to the state Offices, Monday April 3rd, 2017.

(D) Last date for submission to the divine copies of online 3rd year Continuous assessment of the candidates and Schools to State Offices 23rd May, 2017.
