[Update] UNIPORT 1st Semester 2016/17 Registration Deadline Announced – The management of the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) has announced the First Semester 2016/2017 Academic Session registration deadline for all undergraduate students.

Registration of courses online ends on Friday, 10th March 2017. Students are advised to complete their online course registration on or before the slated date.

UNIPORT 1st Semester 2016/17 Registration – Students may use their current section article to register for courses online, and submit a printed copy of the Head of Department after registration.

According to a statement dated January 24, 2017 which was signed by the secretary, Mrs. Dorcas Otto, registration procedures including the payment of all approved charges in designated banks for the respective faculties.

Students are directed to print out five to get online and update Funding Pass Book College Accountant or Finance Officer, as may be suitable in various faculties College of Health Sciences.

The secretary and directed the affected students as follows: “Please contact Head of Department and / or Academic advice to ensure lessons you should register. Register courses online as advised by your Head of Department or Academic advice and sets out duly completed Course Registration Form. ”

She further directed them to submit online Payment return and complete the online Course Registration Form for the respective heads of the Department and College Secretary or Finance Officer.

UNIPORT 1st Semester 2016/17 Registration  – “Registration as a student of the University of Port Harcourt would be helpful if Online Course Registration Form reconciliation have failed student and accept the Head of Department,” Registrar stressed, stating that the registration exercise of the first semester and 2016/2017 academic the session will end on Friday, March 10, 2017.

“I need to sound it loud and clear that only registered candidates will be considered as the real students of the university. In line with the decision of the University Senate, a student who fails to complete all registration methods of the period provided for the registration will be canceled register for that session, and the maximum length of time allowed for the course of study will be forced.

“I really students, also, those who are paid to accept charges for the 2015/2016 session should view the results online. Students who do not see the results in the study courses they took in the previous session / semester should immediately report this in writing, stating the course, the way, the semester session in which examinations were taken to their respective heads of Department and send a copy of such letter to the Provost / Dean of the College / Faculty / School for appropriate action, “the statement added may affect students.

“For those who choose to pay their charges in two installments, note that you can only register your First semester courses online now. You are, therefore, required to register your second semester courses online and print out Form within six (6) weeks of the session of the second semester 2016/2017 session, “the statement concluded.

The secretary wants all new and returning students succeed in the new academic session.
